Working principle of screw press sludge dewatering machine
Through the sludge delivery pump, the sludge is transported to the sludgedeliveryoort. The sludge is transported to the flocculation mixing tank afteradjusting the flowrate through the metering tank, and the sludge is fully stirredand mixed by the mixer.
After fully stirring through the mixer to form a largealum flower, it is sent into themain body of the stacking screw.
The alumflower sent into the concentration part is concentrated by gravity whilemovingto the direction of the dehydration part.
The gap between the swimming ringand the fixed ring of the dehydration part be-comes narrow, and the dehydr-ation is further pressurized by adjusting the backpressure plate located at theexhaust outlet, and finally the mud cake is discharged
