This Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plant is a factory-prefabricated, fully integrated sewage treatment system designed for industrial and municipal wastewater applications. Built for textile dyeing, chemical processing, food & beverage production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hotels, hospitals, residential communities, and industrial parks, the system combines mechanical, chemical, biological, and advanced filtration processes in a compact, ready-to-install package.
Unlike conventional concrete-built treatment facilities that require months of on-site civil works, this system is manufactured, assembled, and tested in the factory before delivery. Customers receive a complete treatment plant that can be installed above ground, underground, or inside a standard container, significantly reducing project lead time and construction cost.
The standard process train is customizable based on raw wastewater characteristics, required effluent quality, and local discharge regulations. Typical configurations include equalization, pH adjustment, coagulation & flocculation, dissolved air flotation (DAF), lamella clarification, A/O biological treatment, MBBR biofilm reactor, MBR membrane system, SBR reactor, sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, disinfection, and sludge dewatering.

Although each plant is customized, the typical multi-stage process flow is as follows:
Step 1 — Wastewater Collection & Equalization Raw wastewater enters the equalization tank, stabilizing flow rate and pollutant concentration to protect downstream equipment.
Step 2 — pH Adjustment & Chemical Pretreatment Coagulants and flocculants remove suspended solids, emulsified oil, and partial COD. A DAF unit separates floating contaminants.
Step 3 — Biological Treatment Microorganisms degrade dissolved organic pollutants. Depending on the project, the system may use A/O process, MBBR biofilm reactor, MBR membrane bioreactor, or SBR sequencing batch reactor.
Step 4 — Solid–Liquid Separation Treated water is separated from activated sludge through sedimentation or membrane filtration, producing clear effluent.
Step 5 — Advanced Treatment & Polishing Sand filtration, activated carbon adsorption, or membrane treatment is applied when higher effluent quality or reuse is required.
Step 6 — Disinfection Final treated water is disinfected by UV or chemical dosing before discharge or reuse.
Step 7 — Sludge Handling (Optional) Excess sludge is dewatered by screw press or filter press to reduce disposal volume and cost.

Q1: How do I get a quotation for this system?
A: Please provide your water source, influent water quality (COD, BOD, SS, pH, ammonia nitrogen, color, oil content), required flow rate, effluent standard, and available installation area. Our engineering team will prepare a tailored proposal.
Q2: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). T/T is preferred: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Q3: What is the standard delivery time?
A: Delivery time is typically 4 to 6 weeks, depending on order quantity and process complexity.
Q4: How is the equipment packed for shipment?
A: Standard export packaging with protective film and wooden/steel frames. Special packaging can be arranged at customer cost.
