Our engineering team designs the treatment train based on laboratory analysis and project requirements, ensuring stable operation under changing wastewater conditions. For textile wastewater, emphasis is placed on efficient color removal, suspended solids reduction, and biological degradation of organic pollutants. For chemical wastewater, treatment focuses on flow equalization, pH control, chemical precipitation, advanced oxidation when required, biological treatment, and final polishing before discharge or reuse.


Although every project is customized, a typical integrated flow includes several treatment stages:
Step 1 – Wastewater Collection and Equalization Wastewater enters an equalization tank where flow and pollutant concentrations are stabilized, helping downstream processes operate consistently.
Step 2 – Mechanical Screening A mechanical bar screen removes large solids, debris, and fibers that could damage downstream equipment or disrupt biological treatment.
Step 3 – Chemical Pretreatment Coagulants and flocculants remove suspended solids, emulsified oil, and heavy particles. When necessary, a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit separates light, floating contaminants from the water.
Step 4 – Biological Treatment The biological reactor removes dissolved organic matter through microorganisms. Depending on the project requirements, the system may use:
Step 5 – Solid-Liquid Separation Sedimentation, lamella clarifiers, or membrane filtration separate treated water from activated sludge, producing clear, stable effluent.
Step 6 – Advanced Treatment and Disinfection Additional filtration, activated carbon adsorption, or membrane treatment may be included when higher water quality or reuse standards are required. The final treated water is disinfected before discharge or recycling within the production process.
Step 7 – Sludge Handling Excess sludge is dewatered using a multi-plate screw press, belt filter press, or sludge dewatering unit to reduce volume and disposal cost.

How do I select the right system for my project? Provide your water source, raw water quality, required flow rate, and available ground area. Our engineering team will recommend a suitable process flow and equipment configuration.
What is the delivery time? Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks after order confirmation, depending on order quantity and customization level.
How is the equipment packed? We use standard export packaging. Special packaging requirements can be accommodated; any additional packaging fees are paid by the customer.
What are your payment terms? TT (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) are acceptable. We typically ask for a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% before loading.
How do you prevent corrosion? We use world-recognized anti-corrosion coatings and apply them strictly according to standard surface-treatment processes. Stainless steel options (SS304 / SS316) are also available for highly corrosive environments.
How is the system installed after delivery? We provide detailed installation illustrations and manuals. If necessary, we can dispatch technicians to assist on-site; visa, airfare, accommodation, and wages are covered by the buyer.

How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
How to pack the products?
A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
How to keep your equipments from corrosion?
A: We use the world-famous paint, like SigmaCoatings, PainBow, etc. What’s more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.
How do you manufacture your equipment?
A: Our machining technology includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.
How to install after the equipments arriving destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
