Conventional treatment facilities usually require a large construction footprint, lengthy installation cycles, and substantial capital investment in civil engineering works.

Our Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plant is engineered as a compact, factory-prefabricated solution that arrives ready for fast installation and commissioning. Each unit is fully fabricated, assembled, and tested before delivery, making it ideal for new industrial projects or retrofits of existing wastewater treatment facilities. The system reliably removes COD, BOD, SS, ammonia nitrogen, color, and other pollutants, ensuring that treated effluent meets local discharge or reuse standards.

Textile and chemical wastewater is among the most challenging industrial streams because of its complex and variable composition. Typical wastewater characteristics include:

  • High COD and BOD concentrations
  • Strong color and dye residues
  • High suspended solids
  • Surfactants, oils, and grease
  • Variable pH and high salinity
  • Ammonia nitrogen and difficult-to-degrade organic compounds

Our engineering team designs the treatment train based on laboratory analysis and project requirements, ensuring stable operation under changing wastewater conditions. For textile wastewater, emphasis is placed on efficient color removal, suspended solids reduction, and biological degradation of organic pollutants. For chemical wastewater, treatment focuses on flow equalization, pH control, chemical precipitation, advanced oxidation when required, biological treatment, and final polishing before discharge or reuse.

How the Packaged Treatment Plant Works

Although every project is customized, a typical integrated flow includes several treatment stages:

Step 1 – Wastewater Collection and Equalization Wastewater enters an equalization tank where flow and pollutant concentrations are stabilized, helping downstream processes operate consistently.

Step 2 – Mechanical Screening A mechanical bar screen removes large solids, debris, and fibers that could damage downstream equipment or disrupt biological treatment.

Step 3 – Chemical Pretreatment Coagulants and flocculants remove suspended solids, emulsified oil, and heavy particles. When necessary, a Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit separates light, floating contaminants from the water.

Step 4 – Biological Treatment The biological reactor removes dissolved organic matter through microorganisms. Depending on the project requirements, the system may use:

  • A/O Process (Anoxic/Oxic) for nitrogen and phosphorus removal
  • MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) for high-effluent biofilm treatment
  • MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) for advanced solid-liquid separation and reuse-quality water
  • SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) for flexible batch biological treatment

Step 5 – Solid-Liquid Separation Sedimentation, lamella clarifiers, or membrane filtration separate treated water from activated sludge, producing clear, stable effluent.

Step 6 – Advanced Treatment and Disinfection Additional filtration, activated carbon adsorption, or membrane treatment may be included when higher water quality or reuse standards are required. The final treated water is disinfected before discharge or recycling within the production process.

Step 7 – Sludge Handling Excess sludge is dewatered using a multi-plate screw press, belt filter press, or sludge dewatering unit to reduce volume and disposal cost.
