Selecting the right wastewater treatment solution for an industrial or commercial project is rarely straightforward. Most buyers are forced to choose between oversized civil-engineered concrete plants, rigid single-process equipment, or costly imported systems that are difficult to scale. The result is the same: long installation cycles, high labor and maintenance costs, and unstable effluent quality that may fail to meet tightening local discharge standards.
LINZHEN's Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plant is engineered to eliminate those pain points. As an integrated, prefabricated, and modular sewage treatment system, it arrives as a fully assembled unit — or in a few containerized modules — that can be lifted into place, connected to influent and effluent piping, and commissioned within days rather than months. There is no need for large-scale civil construction, the system footprint is minimal, treatment capacity is flexibly customizable, and purification performance remains stable across a wide range of influent conditions. That is why this compact system has become one of the most cost-effective packaged wastewater treatment solutions for small and medium-sized industrial wastewater projects and decentralized domestic sewage applications worldwide.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is an advanced wastewater treatment technology developed at the end of the 20th century that efficiently combines membrane separation with biological treatment. Compared with the conventional activated sludge process and traditional filtration units, MBR delivers several decisive advantages:
The LINZHEN system uses an NL-series immersed hollow fiber membrane module specially developed for this application. Its high porosity, large specific surface area, and strong adsorption capacity make it exceptionally easy for microorganisms to colonize, while effectively removing bacteria, suspended particles, and impurities to produce superior filtered water.

Wastewater enters the system through a mechanical bar screen that removes large debris, then flows into the equalization tank to balance flow and load fluctuations. From there it is pumped into the anoxic/anaerobic tank for biological denitrification and phosphorus release, followed by the membrane bioreactor (MBR) tank where the membrane separating component performs the final solid-liquid separation. The aeration matrix at the bottom of the MBR tank supplies dissolved oxygen for the activated sludge while creating a cross-flow that scours the membrane surface and limits fouling.
An online chemical cleaning system performs scheduled Clean-In-Place (CIP) maintenance on the membranes without disassembly, while a blower supplies process air to the biological reactors. The treated water passes through a water disinfection system before being discharged or reused. All instruments, blowers, and control gear are housed in a dedicated operation room, enabling safe, fully automatic unattended operation.

1. Superior Biological Performance High internal porosity and a large specific surface area deliver strong adsorption capacity, making it easy for microorganisms to attach, multiply, and form a stable biofilm. The result is consistently low COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, and SS in the effluent.
2. Easy Installation & Stable Operation The integrated skid-mounted and containerized structure allows fast on-site hoisting and connection. The process is stable and reliable, the water quality is consistently good, and the system handles fluctuating loads with ease — ideal for project sites with limited construction windows.
3. Low Operating Costs The membrane module is highly resistant to clogging, does not require backwashing or backflow, and supports long service intervals between chemical cleans. Combined with the fully automatic PLC control, daily operation is essentially one-key start, dramatically reducing labor costs.
4. Modular, Flexible Process Design The system supports flexible combination of DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation), MBR, MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor), and AO (Anoxic/Oxic) processes, and can be professionally customized to match the customer's actual wastewater characteristics, treatment volume, and local emission requirements.
5. Energy-Saving & Durable Construction The whole machine is fabricated from high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, with anti-corrosion surface treatment using world-renowned coatings such as Sigma Coatings and PainBow, applied strictly according to standard processes. The result is excellent impact resistance, low sludge yield, and a long service life — even in harsh outdoor or factory environments.
