Our package sewage treatment plants combine advanced membrane separation technology with robust biological treatment in a compact, factory-built, plug-and-play system. At the core of the system is the Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) process, an advanced technology that integrates membrane separation with biological treatment. MBR replaces the conventional secondary clarifier and normal filter units with a hollow-fiber membrane module, achieving exceptional solid-liquid separation. Suspended solids (SS) and turbidity in the effluent are reduced to near-zero levels, and the clarified water is stable enough for direct discharge or reuse without tertiary treatment.
The NL-series immersed hollow-fiber membrane module is specially developed for this application. With high internal porosity, large specific surface area, and strong adsorption capacity, it efficiently attaches microorganisms and removes bacteria, suspended particles, and impurities. Because hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) are completely separated, the system maintains a higher biomass concentration than traditional activated sludge processes. The result is superior water quality, a smaller footprint, lower sludge production, and greater operational flexibility.


Unlike conventional split-type sewage treatment equipment with a single process and rigid structure, our package plant supports flexible combinations of DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation), MBR (Membrane Bioreactor), MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor), SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor), and AO (Anoxic-Oxic / Anaerobic-Oxic) processes. How to order: Provide your water source, water quality data, design flow rate, and available ground area. Our engineering team will prepare a tailored proposal and quotation.
Payment terms: T/T and L/C are acceptable; T/T is preferred. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading.
Delivery time: Typically 4 to 6 weeks, depending on order quantity and customization.
Packaging: Standard export packaging; special packaging requirements can be accommodated at customer cost.
Anti-corrosion treatment: We use world-famous anti-corrosion paints such as SigmaCoatings and PainBow, applied strictly according to standard process specifications.
