The LINZHEN Industrial Wastewater Treatment System is a complete, containerized wastewater treatment solution engineered for the complex and variable effluents generated by modern manufacturing facilities. Independently developed and manufactured in our Shandong, China facility, this system integrates five proven treatment technologies — Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR), and AO (Anoxic-Oxic) biological treatment — into a single, plug-and-play package.
With a stable treatment capacity of up to 10,000 liters per hour, the system is designed to remove COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen (NH₃-N), suspended solids (SS), oil, grease, and phosphorus from industrial wastewater streams. The main body is built from S304 stainless steel (with carbon steel optional) for excellent weldability, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and low-temperature strength, ensuring long service life in harsh industrial environments.
The system supports both PLC fully automatic operation and manual control, dramatically reducing daily labor and management costs for plant operators. Treated effluent consistently meets local discharge standards and can be reused as reclaimed water in industrial processes.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is an advanced wastewater treatment technology developed since the end of the 20th century that realizes the efficient combination of membrane separation technology with biological treatment. The membrane separation unit replaces the traditional activated sludge process and the normal filter unit — its strong separation ability reduces suspended solids (SS) turbidity to near zero.
Two key process parameters — Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) and Sludge Retention Time (SRT) — are completely separated, meaning the outlet water is stable in quality and can be reused without tertiary treatment. The high security, economic efficiency, and effectiveness of MBR greatly expand the scope of application of industrial wastewater recycling.
The integrated treatment train includes:
High internal porosity MBBR bio-media and advanced MBR membranes deliver large specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, and easy microorganism attachment — enabling high-efficiency biological treatment in a compact footprint.
Stable and reliable process performance with good effluent water quality. The containerized structure is delivered pre-assembled, requiring only simple inlet/outlet pipe and power connections on site.
The system does not easily clog and does not require backwashing and backflow, dramatically reducing maintenance frequency, water consumption, and lifetime operating expenses.
PLC control supports automatic and manual modes, real-time monitoring, automatic alarms, and simplified system management.
Treatment capacity can be expanded as production grows — no need to replace the entire plant.
