The LINZHEN Industrial Wastewater Treatment System is a complete, factory-engineered wastewater treatment solution independently developed by the LINZHEN environmental manufacturing facility in Shandong Province, China. Designed to handle the demanding conditions of modern manufacturing operations, this integrated system delivers a stable treatment capacity of up to 10,000 liters per hour and combines multiple proven treatment processes — Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR), and AO (Anoxic-Oxic) biological treatment — into a single, transportable plant.

Unlike conventional standalone wastewater treatment equipment, the LINZHEN system supports both PLC fully automatic operation and manual control, effectively reducing daily labor and management costs for manufacturing facilities. With a service life extending over decades, the system is suitable for both industrial wastewater treatment and domestic sewage treatment, consistently producing effluent that meets discharge standards or can be reused as reclaimed water. It helps manufacturers comply with local environmental discharge regulations while reducing overall wastewater treatment costs.

How Does an Industrial Wastewater Treatment System Work?

A complete Industrial Wastewater Treatment System is carefully engineered by our experienced engineers to remove contaminants from wastewater, enabling the treated water to meet discharge standards or be reused in industrial processes. The specific treatment process is customized according to the characteristics of the wastewater and the required effluent quality.

The process typically begins with the pre-treatment stage, where coarse screening equipment removes large debris, suspended solids, and other materials that could damage downstream equipment. The wastewater then flows into an equalization tank, where fluctuations in flow rate and pollutant concentration are balanced to ensure stable system performance.

Depending on the specific application, technologies such as Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) or sedimentation are incorporated to remove oil, grease, suspended solids, and other floatable or settleable contaminants. The wastewater then enters the biological treatment stage, where advanced technologies including MBBR, MBR, SBR, or AO biological treatment utilize beneficial microorganisms to decompose organic matter, reduce COD and BOD, and efficiently remove ammonia nitrogen.

After biological treatment, the water undergoes a solid-liquid separation process, followed by disinfection to eliminate harmful microorganisms. When higher water quality is required for water reuse, we customize the system by integrating advanced filtration or Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology. Finally, excess sludge is collected and dewatered, reducing sludge volume and lowering overall operating costs.

Equipment Construction & Internal Components

The container shell is sandblasted to create a uniform rough surface, then finished with a triple-layer anti-corrosion coating — zinc-rich primer, intermediate epoxy, and top coat — ensuring strong adhesion, excellent rust resistance, and prevention of peeling. The system is rated for a water pressure grade of MAP10.

The integrated plant comes with a separate operation room for monitoring and management, featuring one-touch start/stop operation that ensures easy operation, enhanced safety, and reliable performance in a compact, mobile design. The standard basic configuration consists of seven units: Primary Sedimentation Tank, Anoxic Tank, Contact Oxidation Tank, Secondary Sedimentation Tank, Disinfection Tank/Unit, Sludge Tank, and Blower Room.

Inside the system, you'll find a complete set of pre-installed components: anaerobic pool with combined anaerobic packing, aerobic pool with elastic bio-media, MBR pool with MBR tensile membrane, microporous aerator, stainless steel self-priming pump, corrosion-resistant backflow pump, low-noise rotary aeration fan, online monitoring with touch-screen intelligent control, anti-corrosion chemical barrel, artificial climbing ladder, maintain manhole covers, and security door for the equipment room.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
