The LINZHEN MBBR Corrugated Containerized Wastewater Treatment Plant is a packaged sewage treatment unit built around Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology. It integrates equalization, biological degradation, solid-liquid separation, filtration, and disinfection into one rugged, transportable container structure.
Unlike conventional concrete plants that require long construction cycles and heavy civil works, our corrugated containerized system is manufactured, assembled, and factory-tested before delivery. Simply connect inlet/outlet pipes and utilities on site, and the system is ready for commissioning within days.
Each unit is fully customizable based on influent quality, effluent standards, capacity, and local regulations. With dimensions of 1160 cm (L) × 220 cm (W) × 250 cm (H) and a footprint starting from only 6 m², the LINZHEN MBBR system is ideal for decentralized wastewater treatment where space, time, and budget are limited.


An MBBR Integrated Treatment Unit is a packaged system that combines the core MBBR biological process with sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection into one or multiple carbon steel or FRP tanks. It merges the benefits of both activated sludge and biofilm technologies, delivering strong resistance to shock loads and a reduced risk of sludge bulking. The result is a robust, self-contained treatment plant that delivers stable effluent quality with minimal operator attention.



At the heart of the system is MBBR technology, which uses specially designed plastic bio-media carriers as surfaces for microorganisms to grow and attach. The interior and exterior of these carriers are covered with intricate patterns and pores, providing a large surface area for bacterial attachment and biofilm growth.
As carriers move freely within the aerated tank, they create a dynamic environment that combines the benefits of both suspended and attached growth biological treatment. This delivers three critical advantages:
MBBR combines suspended and attached growth mechanisms to achieve high treatment capacity in a compact footprint, outperforming conventional activated sludge systems of equal volume.
The process requires no sludge recirculation or large reaction basins, reducing overall equipment footprint by 30–50% compared to traditional processes.

The LINZHEN MBBR unit is housed in a corrugated steel container with enhanced structural rigidity and durability. The container shell is sandblasted to create a uniform rough surface, then coated with a triple-layer anti-corrosion system — zinc-rich primer, intermediate epoxy, and top coat — ensuring strong adhesion, excellent rust resistance, and long-term surface protection.

The system includes seven integrated treatment units: Primary Sedimentation Tank (removes settleable solids), Anoxic Tank (denitrification), Contact Oxidation Tank (MBBR bio-media aerobic treatment), Secondary Sedimentation Tank (biomass separation), Disinfection Tank / Unit (UV or chemical disinfection), Sludge Tank (excess sludge storage), and Blower Room (air blowers, pumps, and control panels).

How to buy your idea products?
A: You can provide us your water sources, water quality, flow rate and ground area (connect us for more details).
How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
How to pack the products?
A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
