The LINZHEN Containerized Wastewater Treatment Plant (CWTP) is a fully integrated wastewater treatment system housed inside standardized shipping containers. Unlike conventional civil-engineered wastewater treatment facilities that require months of on-site construction, our containerized systems are manufactured, assembled, piped, wired, and factory-tested before shipment—delivering a true plug-and-play solution that can be installed and commissioned within a matter of weeks.
Designed for industrial wastewater, municipal sewage, temporary labor camps, mining operations, oil and gas facilities, resorts, military bases, construction sites, and remote communities, the LINZHEN CWTP provides a flexible and cost-effective treatment solution wherever land availability, construction time, or existing infrastructure is limited.
Each system is individually engineered based on influent water quality, target effluent standards, required treatment capacity, available footprint, and local environmental regulations—ensuring optimal performance for every project.






All treatment equipment—including tanks, blowers, pumps, piping, electrical control panels, and automation systems—is pre-installed inside standard 20-foot or 40-foot shipping containers before leaving the factory. On-site work is limited to foundation preparation, utility connections, and system commissioning. As a result, installation time is reduced from several months to just a few weeks.
As future wastewater treatment demand grows, additional containerized treatment modules can be seamlessly integrated with the existing system. The modular design allows treatment capacity to be scaled up without major civil reconstruction—simply add more containers.
Minimal civil engineering requirements significantly reduce labor costs, construction complexity, and overall project risk. This makes the LINZHEN CWTP one of the most cost-effective wastewater treatment solutions available for both municipal and industrial applications.
Standard container dimensions mean the system can be transported worldwide using conventional shipping methods—by sea, rail, or road—reducing logistics costs while simplifying international delivery.
Every mechanical component, piping connection, electrical circuit, instrumentation device, and PLC automation control system is fully installed, integrated, and tested under simulated operating conditions before shipment. This ensures consistent manufacturing quality, minimizes on-site installation errors, and guarantees reliable long-term operation.
The system operates under intelligent PLC control with a touch-screen HMI interface. No manual intervention is required during normal operation—secure, stable, and truly autonomous.
Advanced biological treatment processes combined with precision disinfection deliver consistently stable effluent that meets Grade 1A discharge standards, removing COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen (NH₃-N), suspended solids (SS), oil, grease, and phosphorus.





Depending on wastewater characteristics and discharge requirements, the LINZHEN CWTP can incorporate one or more of the following proven treatment technologies:
A typical LINZHEN containerized wastewater treatment system follows six essential treatment stages:
1. Preliminary Treatment Incoming wastewater passes through mechanical screening to remove large debris, fibers, plastics, and suspended solids that could damage downstream equipment.
2. Equalization Wastewater is collected in an equalization tank where flow rate and pollutant concentration are stabilized, ensuring consistent operating conditions for the biological process.
3. Biological Treatment Organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, and biodegradable contaminants are removed by microorganisms through aerobic and/or anaerobic biological processes. Technologies such as MBBR, MBR, AO, or SBR are selected based on project-specific requirements.
4. Solid-Liquid Separation Suspended solids are separated from treated water using sedimentation, membrane filtration, or dissolved air flotation, depending on wastewater characteristics and effluent targets.
5. Disinfection Ultraviolet sterilization or chemical (chlorine) disinfection eliminates harmful microorganisms before the treated water is discharged or reused.
6. Sludge Treatment Excess sludge generated during biological treatment is concentrated and dewatered using sludge dewatering equipment (such as a multi-plate screw press), reducing disposal costs and improving environmental compliance.

How to buy your idea products?
A: You can provide us your water sources, water quality, flow rate and ground area (connect us for more details).
How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
How to pack the products?
A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
How to keep your equipments from corrosion?
A: We use the world-famous paint, like SigmaCoatings, PainBow, etc. What’s more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.
How do you manufacture your equipment?
A: Our machining technology includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.
How to install after the equipments arriving destination?
