The screw press sludge dewatering machine is a new-generation, high-efficiency solid-liquid separation equipment designed for municipal sewage and industrial wastewater sludge treatment. Adopting advancedscrew extrusion dewatering principle, the equipment realizes continuous thickening, squeezing and dewateringof sludge through the gradual pressure change formed by variable-diameter screw shaft and variable-pitchstructure, combined with the micro-gap filtration of floating and fixed ring groups.
Different from traditional belt filter presses and plate frame presses, this screw dewatering machinefeaturesnon-clogging, low-speed operation, full automation and low energy consumption. It canstably treat low-concentration, high-water-content and oily sludge that are difficult to process by traditionalequipment, realizing efficient sludge reduction and meeting environmental discharge and sludge resource
utilization standards.

The whole dewatering process is divided into two core stages: thickening zone and squeezing zone, realizing fully enclosed continuous operation:
Step 1: Sludge Thickening After fully mixed with flocculant, the flocculated sludge enters the thickening zone. Free water in the sludge is quickly filtered out through the gaps between fixed rings and floating rings under the action of gravity, which preliminarily reduces sludge moisture content and improves sludge concentration.
Step 2: Squeeze Dewatering With the low-speed rotation (0.1-1rpm) of the stainless steel screw shaft, the sludge is continuously pushed forward. As the screw pitch decreases and the shaft diameter increases, the internal pressure rises gradually. Combined with the pneumatic counter-pressure device at the discharge end, strong extrusion force is formed to squeeze out the bound water in the sludge, finally forming dry sludge cake for discharge.
Self-cleaning System The screw shaft is equipped with integrated scrapers, which automatically clean the inner wall of the filter ring with each rotation. The independent dual cleaning device cleans the thickening zone and squeezing zone separately, effectively avoiding filter hole blockage and ensuring long-term stable dewatering efficiency without manual cleaning.

How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
