The LINZHEN Industrial Wastewater Treatment System is a complete, factory-built wastewater treatment solution engineered by an environmental equipment manufacturing facility based in Shandong Province, China. Designed for both industrial effluent and domestic sewage, the system combines multiple proven treatment technologies into a single, skid-mounted or containerized unit that delivers stable, reliable effluent quality.
With a treatment capacity of up to 10,000 liters per hour, the system integrates Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR), and AO biological treatment processes. Each unit is configured to match the customer’s wastewater characteristics, discharge requirements, and site conditions.
The system supports both PLC fully automatic operation and manual control, enabling real-time monitoring, automatic alarms, and simplified daily management. This reduces labor requirements and helps manufacturers maintain consistent compliance with local environmental regulations while lowering overall operating costs.


A complete industrial wastewater treatment system is carefully engineered to remove contaminants from wastewater so that the treated effluent meets discharge standards or can be reused as reclaimed water in production processes.
The process begins with pre-treatment, where coarse screening equipment removes large debris, rags, and suspended solids that could damage downstream equipment. The wastewater then flows into an equalization tank that balances fluctuations in flow rate and pollutant concentration, ensuring stable performance.
Depending on the application, Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) or sedimentation removes oil, grease, suspended solids, and other settleable or floatable contaminants. The water then enters the biological treatment stage, where MBBR, MBR, SBR, or AO biological technologies use beneficial microorganisms to break down organic matter, reduce COD and BOD, and efficiently remove ammonia nitrogen.
After biological treatment, the water passes through solid-liquid separation and disinfection stages to eliminate harmful microorganisms. For higher water quality requirements, the system can be customized with advanced filtration or Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology. Excess sludge is collected and dewatered, minimizing sludge volume and reducing operating costs.
● Membrane Bioreactor (MBR): Combines membrane separation with biological treatment, replacing conventional sedimentation. MBR provides strong solid-liquid separation, making suspended solids (SS) turbidity near zero, and produces high-quality effluent that can be reused without tertiary treatment.
● Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR): Uses suspended biofilm carriers with high internal porosity and large specific surface area to support dense microbial growth. The system is not easily clogged and does not require backwashing or backflow.
● Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR): Operates in time-sequenced fill, react, settle, and decant phases, providing flexible and efficient biological treatment.
● AO Biological Treatment (Anoxic/Oxic): Achieves organic matter removal and nitrogen reduction through anoxic denitrification followed by aerobic oxidation.
● Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF): Removes oils, grease, and suspended solids by introducing fine air bubbles that attach to particles and float them to the surface for removal.

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
