How It Works

The mechanical bar screen is installed diagonally inside the sewage channel. As wastewater flows through the vertical bar grid, solid waste is blocked on the front surface of the bars. The rotating rake teeth periodically scrape off the intercepted debris, lift it upward, and drop it into a waste collection bin for centralized disposal. Clean water flows through the bar gaps smoothly to the next treatment process, realizing continuous automatic impurity removal and ensuring steady water flow.
