Linzhen DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) equipment is a core solid-liquid & oil-water separation wastewater treatment device independently developed and manufactured by Qingdao Linzhen Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. Different from traditional sedimentation equipment, this DAF unit relies on micron-level microbubble adhesion technology to rapidly capture light flocs, oil droplets, colloids and suspended solids that are hard to settle by gravity.
Our factory has upgraded the saturated air dissolving pipeline and pressure release nozzle structure, solving common pain points of conventional DAF such as insufficient microbubble output, uneven water distribution and low pollutant interception efficiency. The whole set integrates chemical dosing tank, air dissolving tank, flotation separation tank, automatic slag scraper and PLC intelligent control cabinet as one skid-mounted unit, supporting on-site direct installation without complex civil matching.
This DAF series covers small laboratory models (3m³/h) to large industrial customized models (1000m³/h). It can remove over 95% TSS, 98% oil & grease, and reduce COD/BOD by 35%-80%, perfectly matching pretreatment, intermediate purification and sludge thickening links of industrial wastewater projects, and fully meet local wastewater discharge and water reuse standards of Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and America.



Wastewater Conditioning: Raw wastewater is mixed with coagulant (PAC) and flocculant (PAM) in the reaction tank, tiny pollutants aggregate into large dense flocs.
Recycle Water Pressurization: 15%-40% of clean treated water is extracted as recycle stream, pumped into the pressure air dissolving tank together with compressed air.
Air Saturation: Under stable 4-6bar pressure, air fully dissolves into recycle water to form saturated whitewater solution.
Microbubble Precipitation: Saturated whitewater is released into the main flotation tank through customized pressure relief nozzles; pressure instantly drops to atmospheric pressure, and dissolved air precipitates into 30-60μm uniform microbubbles.
Buoyancy Separation: Microbubbles tightly adhere to pollutant flocs and oil droplets, lowering the overall density of impurities below water density, so pollutants quickly float upward to form thick scum layer on water surface.
Automatic Slag Removal & Water Output: The motor-driven surface skimmer scrapes floating sludge into the sludge hopper for follow-up dewatering; clear treated water flows out from the bottom overflow port to the next water treatment process.

Patent optimized spiral air dissolving tank, air dissolution efficiency increased by 32% compared with ordinary DAF; microbubbles are finer and more uniform, greatly improving pollutant adhesion capacity, avoiding incomplete flotation and turbid effluent.
Optional SS304, SS316L epoxy anti-rust carbon steel, polypropylene plastic tank body; SS316L version specially designed for high-salinity, acidic wastewater in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and other coastal areas, service life over 15 years.

A: DAF is the optimal choice for wastewater containing light oil, emulsified oil, fine suspended flocs and colloidal impurities.not recommended for wastewater containing a large amount of heavy sand and large granular sediment (need pre-sedimentation tank as pretreatment).
