Qingdao Linzhen Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd.’s customized large-flow DAF dissolved air flotation tank is tailor-made for heavy-load industrial wastewater projects with hourly water volume ranging from 200 to 1000 cubic meters. Unlike standard small and medium DAF equipment limited by single tank water passing capacity

this large-flow series adopts a multi-chamber parallel flow distribution structure independently optimized by our R&D team, perfectly solving core pain points of traditional oversized flotation tanks such as uneven water distribution, turbulent flow disturbance of floating sludge layer, and unstable effluent quality under peak water volume impact.

This full-custom DAF tank integrates multi-group high-efficiency air dissolving assemblies, segmented automatic slag scraping systems, integrated flocculation reaction compartments and central PLC intelligent control cabinet as an all-in-one processing unit. Two deployment modes are available: factory pre-assembled skid-mounted container type and on-site welded civil large tank type

Our 200-1000m³/h large flow DAF delivers stable pollutant removal efficiency: 
oil & grease interception rate ≥98%
total suspended solids (TSS) removal up to 96%
effective COD/BOD reduction of 40%-82%. 

For high-salinity, high-emulsified oily wastewater from Middle East coastal industrial zones, we upgrade the tank body to SS316L full stainless steel anti-corrosion structure, adapting to long-term continuous operation under harsh water quality and high temperature environment. 

All equipment undergoes 72-hour full-load hydraulic simulation testing before delivery to guarantee stable operation under long-term peak water flow conditions, fully meeting international industrial wastewater discharge and water reuse standards for Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Working Principle

A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
