The Linzhen Rotary Rake Mechanical Bar Screen (also known as the Mechanical Grille) is an essential, high-efficiency front-end pretreatment solution developed by Qingdao Linzhen Environment Project Co., Ltd. engineered specifically for municipal sewage plants and diverse industrial wastewater treatment applications. Installed diagonally directly inside open influent channels, this automatic filtration system acts as a robust primary barrier. It is systematically designed to intercept and eliminate large floating debris, coarse rags, fibrous matter, plastic fragments, twigs, and other suspended solids from raw water inflows before they can penetrate deeper into the system. By performing this crucial solid-liquid separation at the inlet stage, the equipment effectively eliminates the risk of downstream pump blockages, pipeline clogging, and premature wear on delicate biological units such as Membrane Bioreactors (MBR) and Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors (MBBR).

Advanced Working Principle

The automatic cleaning cycle of the Linzhen mechanical grille relies on an optimized, motorized mechanical drive system. Power is generated by a heavy-duty motor deceleration device that smoothly drives a continuous loop of rotating traction chains. Affixed to these heavy-duty chains are specialized rake teeth profiles. As the wastewater moves through the stationary vertical grid bars, solid pollutants are blocked on the screen's front surface. Simultaneously, the motorized rake teeth seamlessly align and insert themselves directly into the precise gaps between the grid bars. Moving in a continuous upward cleaning path, the rake teeth rake the accumulated debris out of the fluid stream and carry it smoothly up to the designated discharge point at the top of the main framework. Upon reaching the top pinnacle, a mechanical scraper mechanism ejects the captured trash out into a waste collection bin or conveyor system for streamlined disposal, maintaining an uninhibited, continuous hydraulic flow through the channel.

How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

How to pack the products?
A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
