The automatic DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system is a high-performance, fully automated industrial wastewater pretreatment equipment independently developed and produced by Qingdao Linzhen Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd.
Tailored for complex industrial sewage with emulsified oil, floating grease, fine suspended solids and organic colloids, this upgraded DAF equipment abandons the defects of traditional manual flotation devices such as unstable water quality, low separation efficiency and frequent manual intervention.
Equipped with a full-set automatic operation system including intelligent dosing, pressurized air dissolution, microbubble release and automatic slag scraping, the entire water treatment process runs unattended 24/7.
The integrated modular design combines reaction tank, dissolved air tank, flotation separation tank and electric control system into one compact unit, which greatly saves installation space and civil engineering costs. Suitable for all kinds of industrial sewage pretreatment and intermediate purification, the system stably removes over 98% oil and grease and 95% suspended solids, effectively reducing subsequent biochemical treatment load and helping enterprises meet international discharge and water reuse standards.



Equipped with Siemens PLC intelligent control system and IP65 stainless steel control panel, the DAF system realizes automatic dosing, automatic slag scraping, real-time flow monitoring and fault self-alarm. It supports 24-hour unattended operation, effectively reducing manual operation errors and labor costs
Optimized high-efficiency dissolved air structure achieves 99% air dissolution rate. Uniform 30-60μm microbubbles form efficient adsorption with fine suspended solids and emulsified oil, solving the problem of incomplete separation of traditional equipment. It can effectively reduce COD, BOD and chroma, providing stable water quality guarantee for subsequent water reuse system.
The equipment body supports multiple material options including anti-corrosion carbon steel, SS304 and SS316L stainless steel. It can adapt to high-salinity, acidic, alkaline and high-oil complex industrial wastewater, with strong corrosion resistance and a service life of more than 15 years. The color and overall size can be customized according to customer site conditions.
Reasonable circulating water ratio design reduces power consumption. The detachable anti-clogging nozzle is easy to clean and maintain without draining the whole tank. Core wearing parts are durable, with low daily maintenance frequency, greatly reducing long-term operating investment for enterprises.
The integrated skid-mounted design requires only simple pipeline connection after arriving at the site, no complicated civil construction. The voltage supports 220V-480V customized adaptation, compatible with global power standards. It can be perfectly matched with MBR, RO, biochemical tank and other water treatment equipment to form a complete sewage treatment and reuse system.

All LINZHEN automatic DAF systems are fully manufactured in our self-owned 13,200-square-meter standardized environmental equipment workshop, covering complete production links from metal cutting, precision welding, anti-rust coating to integrated assembly. We enforce three-tier strict quality inspection standards throughout the whole production cycle.
Before shipment, every finished DAF unit undergoes a continuous 72-hour full-load hydraulic simulation test under simulated fluctuating wastewater flow and high oil concentration working conditions. Engineers record real-time data of microbubble generation, slag scraping cycle, effluent clarity and PLC operating stability to eliminate hidden equipment failures in advance.
All welding seams of stainless steel tanks pass anti-leakage water pressure testing, ensuring zero water seepage under long-term 24-hour uninterrupted operation.
Our factory has independent water quality testing laboratory. For global clients, we support free wastewater sample analysis and customized process scheme design according to local discharge regulatory standards, especially targeted optimization for high-salinity sewage in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and other coastal industrial zones.






How to buy your idea products?
A: You can provide us your water sources, water quality, flow rate and ground area (connect us for more details).
How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.
How to pack the products?
A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.
How to keep your equipments from corrosion?
A: We use the world-famous paint, like SigmaCoatings, PainBow, etc. What’s more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.
How do you manufacture your equipment?
A: Our machining technology includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.
How to install after the equipments arriving destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
