This 50000L/H wastewater dewatering screw press (50m³/h multi-disc stacked screw sludge separator) is a high-flow industrial solid-liquid separation unit fully equipped with a PLC automatic control system. All sludge-wetted components are fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel to resist corrosion caused by acid, alkali and high-salinity wastewater.
This 50-ton-per-hour screw press eliminates filter cloth and adopts a self-cleaning extrusion structure composed of movable and fixed stainless steel discs.
It integrates sludge flocculation, gravity thickening and screw extrusion dewatering in one single unit. It can continuously and stably treat sludge flow up to 50,000 liters per hour while maintaining a high solids capture rate and low moisture content of sludge cake.
Our sludge dewatering screw presses have been widely exported to Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, France, Colombia, the Netherlands and other industrial regions with high-salinity wastewater.


Flocculation Mixing: Raw wastewater sludge mixes with polymer flocculant inside supporting dosing tank to form compact sludge flocs
