Designed as an integrated prefabricated modular unit, this compact wastewater treatment system eliminates complex on-site civil works, minimizes installation space, and delivers flexible, stable purification performance. It is one of the most cost-effective solutions available for small and medium-scale industrial wastewater treatment, domestic sewage treatment, and decentralized water-reuse projects worldwide.

At the heart of the system is the Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) process, an advanced technology that combines membrane separation with biological treatment. Unlike conventional activated sludge systems that rely on gravity settling in a secondary clarifier, MBR replaces the clarifier and normal filter unit with a hollow-fiber membrane module. This delivers exceptional solid-liquid separation, reducing suspended solids (SS) and turbidity in the effluent to near-zero levels.
The treatment flow typically begins with mechanical bar screening to remove large debris, followed by an equalization tank that balances hydraulic and organic load fluctuations. Wastewater then enters an anoxic/anaerobic zone for denitrification before flowing into the membrane bioreactor tank, where microorganisms break down organic pollutants. Finally, the hollow-fiber membrane module filters out bacteria, suspended particles, and impurities, producing clarified effluent that is stable enough for direct discharge or reuse without tertiary treatment.

Payment terms: T/T and L/C are acceptable; T/T is preferred. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading.
